As a resident born in Honolulu (Kapiolani Medical Center), I have lived in our district as a child. My relationship to our land and its people, and  prosperous future is unique.

My Mom grew up on Oahu and lived in our district, my sister lives in our district on Piikoi St. at Ala Moana Blvd. My Grandparents were 30 year Waikiki residents and my Uncle's family is a second generation auto body shop owner in our district in Kakaako.

I have been a 25 year continuous Waikiki apartment resident on Ena Road, which help to demonstrates my loyalty, history and commitment to working harder for our prosperous future.

I have a career background in Honolulu's private sector, city and state government. My community service includes eight years on our neighborhood board, president of our residents association and member of our neighborhood watch.

I am concerned about all issues facing our islands.

I will help create a better economy and business climate by working to reduce taxes, help all to receive affordable healthcare and proper housing opportunities, increase our public safety and fight for more open space and a cleaner environment.

I give you my word...

I will continue to listen to all points of view and be an independent voice for our best future. I am not and have never been beholden to "special political interests."

I will not stand for increases in your GET tax. I will fight for increases in your income tax deductions, expanding your tax brackets and returning more state surplus money back to you.

I will work for a stronger economy because our living standards are determined by a strong business climate.
